Internships at the Deaconess Foundation 

As a student, you also have the opportunity to work in many of our units on a temporary basis and for various lengths of time. The Deaconess Foundation provides services for the elderly, addicts, former homeless people, children, young people, immigrants and a wide range of people with developmental disabilities.

We operate in several locations from Helsinki to Rovaniemi. We offer a varied and interesting learning environment – we help you gain useful work experience and deepen your skills. Many of our trainees have gone on to work as substitutes and summer interns.
